AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- SolarWinds Inc., a network management software maker, said Friday it priced a 12 million share offering at $18.75 per share.

The price is a 3 percent discount to the stock's Thursday closing price of $19.28.

The shares are being offered by several stockholders.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.8 million additional shares of common stock.
