Item 8.01 Other Events.

Effective January 19, 2009, we appointed Richard B. Parran, Jr. as president of our Network Solutions Business Unit and Christopher Jurasek as president of our ADC Professional Services Business Unit. Mr. Parran and Mr. Jurasek will each continue to serve as a vice president of ADC, and Mr. Jurasek will also continue to serve as our chief information officer. Mr. Parran's appointment follows a decision by Hilton Nicholson, the former president of our Network Solutions Business Unit, to leave ADC to pursue an opportunity with another company.
