(b). Eugene I. Davis is a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Air Lines,
Inc. ("Delta"). On January 20, 2009, Mr. Davis informed Delta that he regrets he
will not be able to stand for reelection to Delta's Board of Directors due to
his other commitments. Mr. Davis has not advised Delta of any disagreement with
Delta on any matter relating to Delta's operations, policies or practices.
