(d) Zvi Eiref was elected to the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Unigene
Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") effective as of January 5, 2009. In
connection with his election, the Company filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on
January 9, 2009, which report is amended hereby to provide supplemental
information regarding committee appointments for Mr. Eiref. On February 4, 2009,
the Board appointed Mr. Eiref to serve on each of the Board's Compensation
Committee and Audit Committee.
