On February 17, 2009 UDR, Inc. ("UDR") issued a press release announcing that Thomas W. Toomey, President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the Oppenheimer 1st Annual REIT/Real Estate Forum to be held Thursday, February 19, 2009. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
