Effective June 24, 2009 Kathy Lee was appointed to the position of Chief
Merchandising Officer of bebe Stores, Inc. Kathy will oversee merchandising and
planning for bebe Stores, Inc. Kathy is an accomplished retail industry leader
with over 28 years experience in both specialty retail and department stores.
She spent the past four years as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising at
Forever 21. Previous positions include the Vice President/General Merchandise
Manager at Gymboree Corporation and General Merchandise Manager at bebe
Stores, Inc.
