Item 8.01 Other Events

On June 7, 2009, InfoSonics Corporation (the "Company") received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market indicating that it has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Global Market under Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) (formerly Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5)). Previously on July 10, 2008, the Company had received a Nasdaq Staff Deficiency letter indicating that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the bid price for the Company's common stock had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Stock Market.
