Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 16, 2009, Camden Learning Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has filed an updated investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K, which includes revised projected financial performance for Dlorah Inc.'s fiscal years ended May 31, 2010 and May 31, 2011, which reflects higher than previously projected enrollments for the fall 2009 term for its National American University division.

The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
