Thomas P. D'Arcy, a director and non-executive Chairman of the Board of Inland Real Estate Corporation, has been appointed president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Grubb & Ellis Company effective November 16, 2009. Mr. D'Arcy will remain on the board of Inland Real Estate Corporation and continue in his current capacity as Chairman. Before joining Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. D'Arcy was a principal in Bayside Realty Partners, a private real estate company focused on acquiring, renovating and developing land and income-producing real estate.
