Nalco Holding Company Declares Quarterly Dividend, Sets Annual Meeting

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Nalco , providing essential expertise for water, energy and air, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of 3.5 cents per share payable on April 2, to shareholders of record on March 16.
