Equipment leasing services can be found at Bay4. Bay4 Capital provides information technology equipment leasing, lease financing, and asset management services. Bay4 Capital, which was founded in 1999, was acquired by GE Commercial Finance in late 2004 and became part of the GE subsidiary's US Equipment Financing business. Bay4 acquired the IT leasing assets of Comdisco in 2003. The company, which makes its headquarters on the shore of Tampa Bay, has about a dozen sales offices across the US, with regional headquarters in Chicago and near Denver.
