Leased is most for Babcock & Brown Air (B&B Air). Founded by Babcock & Brown (B&B) in 2007 and spun off in an IPO, the company has taken off with a fleet of over 60 commercial jet aircraft that it leases under long-term contracts to a variety of airlines. B&B Air is managed and serviced by Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management (BBAM), which helps the company market its aircraft. B&B Air's portfolio is about equally made up of jets made by the world's two largest commercial aircraft manufacturers, Airbus and Boeing. Its aircraft are leased to 36 airlines in 19 countries. B&B and its affiliates hold a stake of almost 15% in B&B Air.
