Timken Declares Dividend

The Timken Company board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9 cents per share.  The dividend is payable on Mar. 2, 2010, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 22, 2010.  It will be the 351st consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
